A modern technique of editing film and video is digital editing. Done on computers using programmes such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie and Final Cut Pro, the footage is imported in order for the clips to be accessed. There are many effects in the programmes mentioned in order to edit your clip, with the bonus of adding or getting rid of audio as well. You have to put your clips into a timeline and place them accordingly so you are able to have several clips combined into one with good continuity.
